Kegel baller

The smooth coating makes insertion way easier than the silicone set I had before, and the weighted feel actually lets me tell it's working. I keep them by the shower and use them for a few minutes most mornings.

Didn't expect to actually look forward to these, but the strong stimulation makes the whole thing feel less like a chore. The graduated sizing means it grows with you instead of feeling like one fixed size. Two weeks in and my inner muscles already feel noticeably stronger.

The graduated sizing actually works — I started with the smaller ball and moved up within a couple weeks, and the inner muscle soreness afterward tells me it's doing something. The silicone is smooth enough that insertion isn't a whole thing.
