Ligesom alle muskler bliver din bækkenbund svag, når den ikke aktiveres regelmæssigt, og stærkere, når du træner den. Halen ligger mellem dine læber, og enden af halen giver en vis stimulering til dit analområde.

Ryan ★★★★★

The app control is what sold me, and it actually works smoothly with no lag. I've been using it a few minutes daily and the tail sits comfortably while the vibrations do their thing. My pelvic floor feels noticeably more engaged after a couple weeks.

Harper ★★★★★

Wasn't sure the tail would actually make a difference, but it sits right where it should and the little end adds a buzz I wasn't expecting. The whole thing is comfortable enough to wear during a workout, and I've noticed the difference after a few weeks of regular use.

Hannah P. ★★★★★

The app control is what sold me and it works smoother than I expected, no lag at all. The tail sits right where it should and the end gives that extra bit of stimulation while I'm doing my pelvic floor exercises. Two weeks in and I actually look forward to the routine now.
